Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once your documents and payment have been verified in line with DVLA regulations.

  • Production typically begins the same working day after verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship all number plates via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) – Available UK-wide.

    • Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – Available at checkout (where offered).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Delivery Address

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure your address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for items lost due to incorrect details.

Tracking

  • Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • If tracking is not provided, you may still contact us via our Contact Page for updates.

Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your plates arrive damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and plates. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • If your order does not arrive within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

International Shipping

At present, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery.
